Essence of Christmas

WE are in that special season once again, a season of joy, of peace, of great tidings. A season when we celebrate the birth of Christ the King, the redeemer of mankind! Jesus is the reason for the season

Christmas is a time to see the world through the eyes of love. It's a time to remember that the world is made up of people like us and to see them for who they are inside. All have problems like we do, no matter who they are or where they come from. For many, Christmas is the time to think of Jesus Christ as a baby in a manger. While the birth of Christ is a special and miraculous event, it isn't the primary focus. Love is the essence of Christmas. Christmas should mean taking quality time with your family and friends. It's about cherishing and celebrating the love you share

Christmas is not about the Savior's infancy; it is about His deity. The humble birth of Jesus Christ was never intended to conceal the reality that God was being born into the world. For me, the true essence of Christmas is that of giving and sharing.

Climate Change

What is a climate change? For me, Climate change is the abnormal condition of the weather and a result of this are  sickness. Many people will have skin cancer and other diseases.

The causes of climate change are the following. Burning of plastics, using of cigarettes, cutting of trees and etc.  And the effects of this are the following. Can effect the one's health, can cause global warming, and a result of flash flood.

We can control and stop this big problem. We should not burn plastics, we should plant trees, and most of all, our proper discipline.  If we had a Discipline, we can make a better nation.

Equal Right, Equal Opportunity

What can you say when you hear the words right and opportunity? Base on my on experience, if you have right, you have the right to fight for your rights. For example, the pre-mature baby  have the right to live.

In the first century, girls are discriminated. For example, they have not the right to vote, to choose their dream guy,  and  many more. But the girls in this generation are lucky, because they are not discriminated anymore. They had a freedom to do the works of boys, to choose their dream guy, and to vote in the elections. These are called   “Gender Equality”, that there is no more discrimination, that someone have right and have a freedom to choose for their own goodness.

So, we have to build an equal right and equal opportunity in order for a better country.

Going Global Through English Language

In this world we are moving, there are many  language speaks in different countries. And the effects of this, were the people can’t understand each other and a result of bad communication.

We should use a global language in order for us to understand each other. And that global language is “ENGLISH”. In using this language, we can communicate to other people in this world. Because English language was considered  as the universal language.

So in going global,  use English language so that we can build a  better friendship, for a better country, and  for a better nation.

My Little Reflection

In this Second Grading Period in the subject ICT, I learned a lot from my beautiful teacher. I learned about the HTML Tags, introduction to HTML and the Basic HTML Tags. In this topic, I learned how to make my activity using the Basic HTML Tags in the Note Pad. And most of all, I also learned how to apply the kinds of tags, the Stand Alone Tags and the Container Tags.
I am very thankful to my teacher in ICT. Because of her I learned something incredible, that I can't forget even if I went older and I go to college. I learned a lot, not only about computer lessons, but also in real life situation.
In this time, I have the chance to greet my teacher in ICT, Mrs. Evelyn Vera Cruz, a Happy Teachers Day. I love you ma'am, and take care always.

"My Teacher My Hero"

Teacher, a very difficult profession, for all of us.  Because a teacher is being the second parent of his/her students. His/her responsibility is not only to taught a student but also to  advise the students on good moral characters.
Being a teacher is not an easy one. Because they do all they can in order to the goodness of their students.
For all the teachers in this world, may I greet them a Happy Teachers Day.
I hope that they will continue their good work inside the school. I really love teachers, because teaching is one of the choices of my course when I'm in college.
I'm proud of my teachers and I love them, Because they became a part of my  life.

"Unravel the Cause, Build the Solution Empower the Science Clubbers to Action"

What can you say when you hear the word 'Science'? For me, science is a systematized body of knowledge that deals with facts, methods and that can be observed in or physical or natural environment.
In this year, the science club celebrated the science festival last September with a theme: "Unravel the Cause, Build the Solution, Empower the Science Clubbers to Action". The festival focused on the different activities, like the search of Mr. and Ms. Kalikasan 2013, poster making contest, trashion sh.ow and other activities inside the school.
In the theme of Science festival, I learned that we should take care always of our surrounding in order to have a better life now, and in the next generation. To build a good solution, we should make an action for the goodness of our mother earth.

My Living Hero

What can you say when you hear the word 'hero'? For me, hero is someone who does something without thinking of themselves, without thinking of rewards. Someone who is willing to put themselves at risk for the sake of someone else.

We can be heroes if we want to, this is not shown by giving all your efforts,
this is not simply helping to others. Teachers, soldiers, etc. are some example of living heroes. But only two person can be hero for  me and this are my parents. In sickness, pain and also hardship, they are always there for me to become better.

And lastly, I would like to thank them for everything they have done to me. I don't don't have any wish anymore, but I wish that my parents will be in a good health always. And I really love them so much.

Ang Wikang Pambansa

What can you say when you hear the word 'language'? For me, language is use for communicating other people. Language not only use for communication, but also use to understand other.

We should use always our own language. Don't ignore and ashamed it, instead we boast our own language. Because Filipino language is a language of justice to fight for, and a language of peace, to have understanding.

My Reflection

ICT is one of the most interesting subject. Because in this subject, I learned a lot, like the history of internet, creating a Blog. Blog is a very interesting and enjoyable task, because there you can create your own blog. And there you can express your true feelings in the way of commenting, posting, and in any other way. Blog is important because as a student like me, I can easily pass my assignments, activities, and projects through posting or publishing your own Blog.
In the First Grading Period, I have encountered many problems. A problem, when I forgot to make and post my third and last draft. In this problem, I solved it in my own. I made these drafts when Mrs. Vera Cruz is out in our class. And at last, I finally made my two drafts in just an hour.
With this problem, I learned how to do my own responsibilities inside the school. And I should solve my own problem in my own.Do not expect other to solve your problem. Just face it and believe in yourself that you can do it.

SONA of the President

Our president Benigno Simeon "Noynoy" C. Aquino III gave his fourth SONA (State of the Nation Address) last July 22, 2013. This SONA is the longest SONA in his term as a President of  the Philippines. Because his SONA reached in almost two hours.

Pnoy's SONA focused on the 4P's or the 'Pantawid Pamilya Pilipino Program. This project helps people especially to the poor Filipinos that had a financial problem. His SONA also focused on the Reforms in the Education System, or the K-12. This project can improve the learning of all Filipinos, and to have more knowledge.

In this projects of our President Pnoy, I believe that he will continue his accomplishments for the improvement  of our country, Philippines.

Gutom at malnutrisyon, Sama-Sama Nating Wakasan

Gutom at Malnutrisyon, Sama-sama Nating Wakasan

What is a malnutrition? A malnutrition is a faulty nutrition. This is a disease cause by eating unhealthy foods like candies, junk foods , drinking soft drinks and other unhealthy food. How can we solve  this problem that we are encountering right now.
Malnutrition is the biggest problem that we are encountering, not only in our country, but also in the whole world. There is one way to prevent this. We must have to eat a healthy and nutritious food, like fruits and vegetables. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day. And don't forget to have a sleep at least 8-10 hours a day. And the most important, is to avoid eating junk foods and candies, which is not good to our body.
So let us wake up, we have to open our eyes to solved our own problem all together. We must eat foods that rich in vitamin A,B,C,D, and other nutritious foods. And avoid foods that are nutritious and unhealthy.
